Maritime Quarters (Marina) Swansea, Wales SA1, is the home of Luxurious Apartments and is located by the beach. The Marina also houses a dock yard for boat lovers. So if you got a boat, or you like the feel of living close to the beach and also accessing the main town center all at once then I must recommend, you stay here. I lived there myself for 6 months and it was so amazing especially during the summer, though I must warn it gets bloody cold during the winter.
